Hi all,
While proceeding on MVS work, I inspected PR Her = S4247,
catalogued as UG with range 14.0 - 18.5p.
I found no quiescent counterpart on USNO-A for this object,
neither near GCVS: 18 08 05 +38 46 06
nor Downes&Shara (1993) position: 18 08 05 +38 46 09
Looks rather like an object with rare, large amplitude
outbursts. I would like to know more of its history.
