Berto Monard has pointed out that I made a typographical error in the
URLs for the photometry files. They should be:
http://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.stds (not compressed)
http://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.stds.gz (compressed)
http://ftp.lowell.edu/pub/bas/starcats/loneos.ref (reference list)
I apologize to anyone who had problems accessing the files.
