NL: stars in Name List 74
One of our colleagues have noticed there are several Hipparcos variables
newly classified as NL: in the 74-th special name list.
The list of NL: stars
FH Leo 8.33-8.62 Hp, spec. F8
PQ Ser 8.12-8.22 Hp, spec. F0
V1440 Aql 8.55-8.67 Hp, spec. B8, eclipsong binary with a period of 1.84d
V2151 Cyg 12.08-12.89 Hp, spec. DA
I wonder why these stars have been classified as NL: (NL stars are usually
considered as a subclass of cataclysmic variables). I presume at least
the F-type spectrum (without emission lines) is incompatible with this
variability type.
