[vsnet-chat 1418] Star x near Nova Sco 1998

Brian's comments should be well noted. Star x looks like another case where
the BT value is just wrong since the star is so faint in that filter, and any
attempt at performing a BT/VT -> V transformation will fail.  A similar
problem occurred recently on N. Oph 1998. Even if the VT magnitude is
correct, the error in (BT-VT) feeds into the determination of V.
  Fair warning: don't base a zero point on a single Tycho star, especially
if it is fainter than V~10. As Brian says, you should take particular note
of the errors associated with each measurement.
