[vsnet-chat 1405] field photometry

I've updated the file
      http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence/sequence.tbl
to reflect the current status of the field photometry files in that directory.  I've
added HL CMa and U Gem to the set.  Note that HL CMa does have a few pseudo-stars in
its list (towards the north) due to the diffraction spikes from Sirius, and U Gem
is based on a single night of data (I'll add a second night in a month or so).
  As requestors finish their visual sequences, send them to me and I'll include
them in this directory as files xxxxx.seq.  You should, of course, post those
sequences wherever you normally send them as well.
