   Yes, the necessary information for selectively subscribing to sublists
is listed on the Web, and is automatically sent to new subscribers.

   The new list 'vsnet-digest' almost entirely covers this area (allowing
a delay of a day).  This list also announces outbursts of dwarf novae in
general, so you can get information of the status on not so outstanding
outbursts.  If you have an appropriate mailer, just clicking on the links
provided by vsnet-digest messages will bring you to more detailed information.
