[vsnet-chat 1182] V1089 Sgr astrometry

(Re: vsnet-obs 14033) Astrometry of V1089 Sgr

Arne Henden has been able to provide the following astrometry, 
based on two nights data, of V1089 Sgr and a close companion. 
The values are mean positions (J2000), based on USNO-A1.0. 
Arne also obtained photometry on the companion:

                 RA  (J2000)  Dec         V      B-V
V1089 Sgr     19:08:46.38  -17:21:46.7
companion     19:08:46.29  -17:21:48.9  17.259  1.123

The companion is 1.3 arcsec west and 2.2 arcsec south of the 
variable.

A comparison star magnitude sequence, based on Arne's V frames, 
will be posted shortly.
