Why won't we undertake a VSNET equatorial version of V magnitude
experiment? What is the recommended procedure of the experiment?
I have tried today the AAVSO Web site, but failed to connect: it seems
under construction now. I hope someone is able to explain/forward the
necessary requirements of the experiment.
