I verified the AAVSO sequence a couple of years ago, and found that
the Misselt V values are evidently about 0.12 mag. too faint compared to
both my and Stanton's (AAVSO) values. Also the BAA sequence by Howarth and
Bailey is just plain wrong, their V values being half a magnitude in error.
My original post is available at:

Most of Arne Henden's sequences are available from the Strasbourg
VizieR Web utility or from their regular catalogue server. You can get
the data for UV Per starting at:
http://vizier.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/Cat?J/PASP/107/324
Use the ftp address shown in the header here to download the whole files,
or use the VizieR to view specific items.
Finally, Kato-san prepared a V-band chart of the field using my sequence
to set the zero-point:
http://vsnet.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/vsnet/Mail/vsnet/msg00886.html
This could perhaps be redone slightly better using Henden's data.
