Periodicity in PU Vul
After reading IBVS No. 4571, I have tried whether the claimed periodicity
is detectable among visual observations. I used 574 observations reported
to VSNET between 1994 July 2 and 1998 June 1. The data have been first
corrected for systematic differences between observers.

The PDM analysis of the resultant corrected data has shown a signal
around P=265 d (the strongest singal in the 100-400 d range). The
amplitude of the signal was 0.14 mag.
