Editor.

According to this part, the claimed possibility of publishing an IBVS note
on EsB 365 solely on visual observations would not be a mere imagination. The
RASNZ will equally provide a clearing house in Farrell's case!
Would VSNET community be qualified or disqualified as one of such
"clearing houses?"
