I have only few experiences on PC DAOPHOT II so I 'm sorry if I misunderstand.
PC DAOPHOT II requires key in by user for each step and need much time for many time-resolved series photometry frames.
Is it right?

Main noise for differential photometry at Tsukuba - my telescope location is bright sky affected by light pollution.
S/N of TT Ari is much poor using my 10"SCT+ST-6 without filter.
