It is rejected SN, according to same catalog reminder. It appears on
IAUC 2144 adn 2145, but they are not available on net. Can you check
in your library, Taichi?
SN1990 on NGC 3690 is a radio transient (IAUC 4988). I don't know it
has identified in visible light, but it seems not to be confirmed.
