[vsnet-chat 646] Request

Dear colleagues,
beacue I'm going to start last year of my study and prepare bachelors work
I would like to ask all in this list if you can recomend me some articles
or books dedicated to statistical point of view on astronomical data
reduction. I would like to make my interest in variable stars observation.
It means:

- methods of period determinations
- maxima or minima of variable stars determination
- and other important routines what shell I know but don't :-)

I know that some mails was sent to VSNET after my (some of them) novice
questions
but I removed (again :-( ) my mail boxes so the only chance is to go
through VSNET HP and find them. I'll try also abstract service but before
I'll do it I'll rather wait for your advices. Many of readers here have
many of experiences and I know that yout ideas and references would be
very useful for me.

Thank you very much for everythink

Have a nice days

Rudolf
