How about the idea of posting pre-confirmation SN images on public
webpages, but releasing the specific addresses (ie,
http://vsnet.sn.com/image_xxx.jpg) of the images to selected/interested
people who have signed up ahead of time? That way, you don't have to
worry about security or passwords - just don't tell the world about the
specific image address. In a few days, the picture will have lost its
pre-confirmation value, so the address can stand - no need to worry
about removing images after a period of time.
