[vsnet-chat 621] Free CBAT astroid position checker for SN hunters

In IAUC 6739, the CBAT now provides the latest asteroid positions 
for free!  Users can enter particular galaxies or sky positions
of interest.  The URL is:

http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/ps/CheckSN

This should eliminate the stale asteroid elements trap for SN
or N hunters.
