Colleagues,
This object is definitely an emission line galaxy.
Its spectrum shows strong, narrow nebular lines at a
small redshift.
Incidentally, I have recently obtained spectra of
another tentative CV in the D&S catalog, Peg5 =
KUV23182+1007. It proves to be a QSO at a redshift of
0.66. At this redshift, MgII 2800 redshifts to near
HeII 4686, which confused the original investigators.
Farther to the red it shows narrow [OII] 3727 at the
correct redshift, which clinches the identification.
So it moves from "cv:" to definitely "non-cv".
