A new version of monitoring supernova progenitors (once discussed).
Are there any potential black-hole transient progenitors? Is there a way
to find such objects in dormancy? Is V616 Mon considered to be the nearest
such object?
I would also like to know what cataclysmic variable will undergo
a nova explosion in the nearest future (excluding recurrent novae..).
