Dear Colleagues,

Stan Walker mentioned the need for a international VS publication with a
variety of review and other articles.

My guess is at that there is too few active VS observers to produce a
cheap international VS publication.

Another solution could be that such review articles are posted to VSNET.
Then other observers could
translate the articles for use in local VS publications (naturally
crediting the original author).

I am sure that local VS publications (like The Astronomer (UK), BAV
Rundbrief (Germany) and AFOEV Bulletin (France)) would like to publish
good VS articles. Good review VS articles could also be used in non-VS
amateur astronomical publications in order to make more people
interested in VS observations.
