Dear colleagues,
I am one of Czech variable star observers from Brno Regional
Network of Observers of Czech Astronomical Society. We are
creating a new database of light extrema of periodic
variable stars. I would like ask you all if you know about
similar databases or cards archives around the world.
In this time I know these databases or archives for example:
1. in Moscow (Russia) - mostly on cards
2. in Krakow (Poland) - mostly on cards, only new data on PC, only
eclipsing binaries
3. BAV (Lichtenknecker's (Germany) database - all in PC, very good
but only relatively bright (13 mag) northern eclipsing binaries
4. Wood's database (USA)
5. our B.R.N.O. (Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy) database - all in PC
Could you make the list more complete and precise?
Thank you in advance.
With best regards
Miloslav Zejda
