[vsnet-chat 107] Where is V893 Sco?

    Berto Monard reports in [vsnet-obs 5093] a negative report on V893 Sco.

V893 Sco  16h 14m 45s  -28o 39' 30"  UG  10.6-14.5p

    Downes and Shara's CV catalog lists this star as "lost" (stating that
the finding chart referenced in the GCVS is not useful).  I compared
the original finding chart (V. Satyvoldiev, Astron. Tsirk. 711, 1972, star
V3) with the GSC and the POSS but could not find a match.  The reference
by Y. Bao et al. (Chinese Astron. 4, No. 3, 323, 1980) cited in the GCVS
is not accessible here.  Could Berto or someone provide information on
this potential bright dwarf nova?
