Dear Dr. Kato,
thank you for description. When I speak about minimum I think
mathematicaly derived time of light curve. I didn't thought about
astrophysical meaning, 'cause I think that we should know much more about
two eclipsing stars to be able to say " Yes, right now is the primary star
eclipsed by secondary." I think that observer can just say "right now is
time of minimum detected light flux." I hope that you asked me this :-)
Method you use seems to be one which minimize deviations from fitted
curve. Is it right? Well and I would like to ask, what is trial minimum T?
It means some predicted time of minimum and some two thers to specify
interval where could be actual minimum?
Have a nice day..
Rudolf
