[vsnet-chart 170] V382 Vel chart update

G'day all,

Charts for binocular and telescope observations of this bright nova 
are now available from http://vsnet.assa.org.au/vstars/nvvel99.zip

or via our Nova Vel page http://vsnet.assa.org.au/vstars/nvvel99.htm. 

The binocular chart is a slightly amended update to the chart that was 
previously provided.  It now goes down to 10th magnitude using Tycho V 
mags; checked against the real sky.

The telescope chart has also been visually verified to 16th magnitude in 
the vicinity of the nova. This one uses USNO A1.0 mags transformed to V 
using the Kato Equation.  Although these mags seem to be okay I noted at 
least one 14th mag star was not visible on June 11.5UT.

I've removed the naked-eye chart previously provided.
