[vsnet-chart 118] TmzV85 adjustment for A2.0 magnitudes

Using the 12 stars near TmzV85 sent previously, it appears that the
"Kato V" derived from A2.0 magnitudes need adjustment by -0.2 mag. to bring
them into systematic agreement with standard V in this field (only).
