1RXS J232953.9+062814 outburst! (rebrightening?) Dear Colleagues, We have received new data from Tonny Vanmunster, which clearly showed a rise toward a new maximum!! The maximum was also recorded by Maciej Reszelski on Nov. 9.758 UT at mag 13.0 (vsnet-obs 36808). We have receieved reports of successful observations last night (Nov. 10) at Bisei (Okayama), Miyazaki University (Miyazaki) (both relayed by K. Torii, RIKEN), and by T. Tanabe and K. Matsumoto (Okayama). All observations will be analyzed in due time. A quick look at Vanmunster's rising branch shows little evidence of superhumps, which might indicate that the present outburst is a normal-outburst type post-superoutburst rebrightening (a similar phenomenon was also recorded in V485 Cen) or a separate normal outburst. Intensive observations are most strongly requested to follow the evolution of the present outburst as densely as possible. Snapshot and time-resolved spectroscopy is also very encouraged.
