AL Com early superhumps, changing profile We have received additional data from the Brno team. A quick look at the data on Apr. 24-25 shows again singly peaked humps. The best period from this night's observation is 0.0560 d, which suggests that these modulations are early superhumps with changing profiles. However, this may be a suggestion of the emergence of usual superhumps, what are observed in all SU UMa stars (cases are known usual superhumps start with a period close to the orbital period, cf. T Leo in 1993, PASJ 49, 583). Continued observations are very encouraged. More detailed analysis, together with other incoming data, will be presented by Ishioka-san et al. later.
