Possible nova Cep in 1983?
According to the latest version of CV Catalog (Downes et al.), the following
object is listed as a possible CV.
Cep 22:13:45.55 +57:01:14.4 0 n: 1983.42 7.5p-
This means a possible nova in 1983. This object is not listed in
GCVS/NSV.
