[vsnet-campaign 686] UV Per fading update

UV Per fading update

Dear Colleagues,

    The Kyoto team (observer Uemura) obtained a continuous coverage of
UV Per on Jan. 14.  The object faded further by 0.3 mag since Jan. 13.
The most remarkable feature is the presence of large-amplitude modulations
(up to 0.5 mag) with a possible period of ~4 hours.  The nature of the
variability still needs to be investigated.  More detailed analysis will
be undertaken be Iwamatsu-san et al.
