We would be very grateful if you could provide "fraction of day"
information when reporting next time. With that information we won't miss
more outburst records.

Yes, almost confirmed, but this needs to be confirmed under more
favorable condition. The visibility of Aql in November was not
overwhelmingly sufficient. Please go onto the continuing campaign!
