HadV27 brightening

  Timo Kinnunen reports the brightening of HadV27.

  Kinnunen's report:

> HadV27       000903.07   14.2   KNN  Unusual. Is the brighter SW component.

  The object was mostly at mv=14.7 in the 1999 season (Kinnunen).

  The object apparently coincides with a 2MASS star, with recorded magnitudes
of J=13.63, H=13.48 and K=13.45.  The object is not particularly red
compared to USNO.  Confirmation of the nature of the object is needed.
