[vsnet-campaign 409] V730 Sgr outburst: observation needed

V730 Sgr outburst: observation needed

    As report by Williams, the suspected dwarf nova V730 Sgr is in outburst
(see vsnet-alert for more details).  Observations are highly encouraged.
The first outburst reported to VSNET was in 1998 May, by Stubbings (mv=13.8).
