[vsnet-campaign 380] V792 Cyg bright outburst

V792 Cyg bright outburst

  As reported in vsnet-obs and vsnet-outburst, the dwarf nova V792 Cyg is
reported to be undergoing a bright outburst.  It is the brightest outburst
ever reported to VSNET.  Previous observations suggest the star is a UGSS
star rather than a UGSU star, but intersted observers may be motivated
by the present extreme brightness.  Potential campaign target.
