SY Cir: long-term campaign target

   I would like to propose the following object as a long-term campaign
object.

   During the ROSAT identification, I have noticed the following object.
The identification is not secure.  Since several RV Tau candidates later
turned out to be CVs, this object would deserve further dense observations.
