LD 317: new long-term program

  As introduced by Kinnunen in vsnet-chat 3145,

  LD 317 is a very good CV candidate.  I recommend this star as the
long-term monitorning program.  Please observe (and report as usual to
vsnet-obs) regularly as in usual CVs.  Time-resolved photometry to
look for flickering activity is also welcomed.
