[vsnet-campaign 40] XTE J1118+480 campaign

Dear Colleagues,
 
   We are deeply grateful to those who tried to have a observation 
for XTE J1118+480 campaign last night.

   Unfortunately, we have already been reported that some observatory 
could not observe due to bad weather, and I heard that 
the weather at Crimea (from Dr. Pavlenko) and China (from Dr. Li) 
was also rain.

   However, successful observations have also been reported.  
These data will be very useful to study QPOs and correlation to X-ray.

  ASCA observation was finished, but the object is still in bright state. 
The observations are encouraged.

  We started tonight observation at 11:00 (UT).
More than 4-hour observation will be possible.
