[vsnet-campaign 37] XTE J1118+480 campaign at Bisei, Japan

XTE J1118+480 campaign at Bisei, Japan

   Bisei Astronomical Observatory team has reported that it was completely
misty or rainy on May 11.  In spite of the full set-up of instrument, no
spectroscopy was obtained at Bisei.  [H. Yamaoka, living less than a few
hundreds kilometers west to Bisei reported the completely fine weather.
What a misfortune!]
