New X-ray transient IGR J17544-2619

   According to ATEL #190, INTEGRAL disocvered a new X-ray transient.
The object is located at 17h 54.4m, -26o 19' (J2000.0, uncertainty 2').
See ATEL #190 for more details.

   There is a known ROSAT source near this position.
