IGR J16479-4514

   According to ATEL #176, Molkov et al. reports the discovery of a new
X-ray transient IGR J16479-4514.

   The loclation of the object is reported to be

   16h 47.9m, -45o 14' (J2000.0, uncertainty around 3')
