(fwd) X-ray monitoring of Eta Car

Subject: X-ray monitoring of Eta Car
Hi,
I've been conducting X-ray monitoring of Eta Car since 1996, and keep
a webpage with the latest X-ray lightcurve at
http://lheawww.gsfc.nasa.gov/users/corcoran/eta_car/etacar_rxte_lightcurve/
this may be of interest to variable star observers, especially as Eta
Car approaches the next "shell event"/X-ray eclipse which will occur
this summer. I was wondering if you would link to this lightcurve
page from the vsnet page? Coordinated ground-based observations of
eta car along with the X-ray observations would be really important.
best regards
Mike
