4U 1608-522 = QX Nor outburst
According to ATEL #77 (Rutledge), this X-ray transient (neutron star
transient) is in outburst, based on RXTE/ASM observations.
Although the object may be faint in optical, the outburst may be within
reach of a moderate telescope and a CCD.
