[vsnet-campaign-xray 35] XTEJ1118+480 observation
Dear colleagues,
We got our first observations after two month 'summer-holiday'.
The northern sky is still VERY bright all night and we could not get usable
time series, but averaging six of our 180s R-exposures we determined
following estimate of XTEJ1118+480 magnitude:
XTEJ1118+480 20000805.9819 147R Nyr
Magnitude scale was adjusted by reference star GSC 3451-0938: 12.30R
best regards,
arto & marko
ps. observing conditions are getting better very quickly and in a week or so
we can do two to three hour runs of this object.
