Dear colleagues, From last night observation at Kyoto (vsnet-campaign-xray 13), we see V4641 Sgr at 13.39mag (unfiltered CCD photometry, near Rc). With the same equipment, we observed it last year, and obtain the average magnitude of 13.53mag. These indicates that the object is in a little brighter state but in quiescence. As noticed by T. Kato in [vsnet-campaign-xray 14], the more rapid decline trend of XTE J1118+480 is more apparent. Within this two weeks, the object has become about 0.3mag fainter. The light curve observed last night is covered about three hours under good condition, but no prominent humps are detected. The object may change its physical state during this rapid decline phase. More observations are urged. Regards, Makoto Uemura
