Dear colleagues,

  Through tonight CCD observation at Kyoto, I cofirmed that V4641 Sgr is 
in near quescent state, and not in a major outburst.
The observation were performed with 25-cm telescope with unfiltered 
ST-7 CCD camera.

  Now we are observing XTE J1118+480 under clear sky.
