Subject: v838 MON - still hovering at plateau, slight brightening!

Last night (Feb.. 24) I measured v838mon via the CCD and confirmed that it
is indeed brightening slightly over its initial decline.  Two readings last
night were made as I was suspect on the brightening on the prior
night...ALSO note, that the magnitude was confirmed visually as well at
magnitude 7.8 at 04:05:30 UT.

0.31m Schmidt @ f/5.95
SBIG/STV-CCD w/RC237
638 x 398 pixels @ 7.4 microns
Estimate #1 - 03:57:40 = 7.77 V
Estimate #2 - 04:02:00 = 7.73 V
