Subject: v838mon - Feb. 18, 2002

Still a bit of brightening over the last (Feb. 17) report.  Up from 7.98 V
to 7.91V (2002 02 18 /02:32:40), but this is perhaps due to a very high
layer of cirrus that was moving in and had to be imaged through; although
accounted for and calibrated, the increase may indeed be spurious.
