those are the magnitiude valued on 4 images taken a t 2002 02 05
with a 200 mm lens f/3.5 unfiltered on a 35 mm film NPH 400, exposure 3
minutes

V838MON 20020205.840 M1=6.68+-0.26
V838MON 20020205.843 M1=6.75+-0.42
V838MON 20020205.863 M1=6.56+-0.24
