    We have finished tonight observation at Kyoto, Japan at 16:45 (UT).  
Preliminary photometry shows the object was 6.8mag in unfiltered CCD 
system at the end of the run, slightly brighter than that reported 
about 3 hours ago (~6.9mag).  Dose the brightening rate decreased?  
Further follow-up observations are urgently encouraged.
