V838 Mon : new special list!

   In order to record this totally unexpected extreme explosion of this
peculiar object (V838 Mon = possible nova in Mon = GSC 4822.39), we have
create a special list.  Please use this list in reporting, exchaning
information on V838 Mon!  [Post very unusual changes to vsnet-alert, too].

   This object has reached mag 7.5 and still rapidly rising!!
