V4641 Sgr observation on July 16 (Torii-san)

Dear Colleagues,

   Ishioka-san has analyzed the July 16 data of V4641 Sgr by Torii-san.
As recorded by Kiyota-san, there indeed existed 0.1-0.2 mag modulations.
In addition to this slowly varying feature, there seem to exist a number
of sudden brightenings by ~0.5 mag (short flares?), which look like
real as compared with error statistics.  Further examination of the
entire data is in progress by Uemura-san.  V4641 Sgr seems to be still
active, and further intensive observations are very encouraged.
