V4641 Sgr observation by Roland Santallo (July 13)

Dear Colleagues,

   Roland Santallo has kindly sent the full data set taken on July 13.
The data show a monotonic trend, and no apparent short-term or flare-like
beightenings were recorded.  The object may have calmed down, but please
keep your close eye on this object, since no one can tell when the system
enters a new active state.
